The Megaron Athens International Conference Centre was conceived and built with great respect for the environment and green urban planning. For whilst the original building faces straight onto one of Athens' major conference centre has been incorporated into the park right next to it with such skill that it in no way infringes on it.
The technology and stage systems incorporated into the halls are at the forefront of technology, whilst all sound and audio visual systems are connected to the in house broadcast standard recording studio which enables sound and video recording in broadcast format.
Easily accessible to global destinations through Athens has a long history of hosting international conference and arts events. There are a number of excellent arts venues, hosting world class opera, ballet and music, from the ancient amphitheatre of Herod Atticus to the modern and acclaimed facilities of Megaron, the Athens Concert Hall.

The hall of the Friends of Music is a hall of outstanding aesthetics with excellent sightlines from all of its plush seats. It has a stalls and a circle level with vast Foyer spaces. Ideal for plenary sessions and high profile presentations. The acoustics are outstanding which allows the hall to also host performing arts events. |

Our small meeting room suites can be used not only for break out or parallel sessions but also for business meetings, press conferences, training and seminars. |
Conference Suite 1
An independent suite of 7 rooms accommodating between 30 to 100 delegates in theatre style. Ideal for small meetings, working groups or breakout room space with one central foyer and bar.
Conference Suite 2
The newest suite of smaller conference rooms, accommodating between 25 to 200 delegates in theatre style.
The larger of the 2 rooms have control areas for lighting, sound and projection systems and simultaneous translation for 2 languages.
Exhibition Spaces

As well as a dedicated exhibition space, the multi-levelled sweeping Foyer areas of the International Conference Centre are often used for conference affiliated exhibitions. With stairs, escalators and elevators connecting all levels, moving around the exhibition areas is very straightforward.
The dedicated Exhibition Hall is built on 2 levels with a total of 1.500m2, close to the function rooms
The Muses Foyer provides 3.500m2 of exhibition space
In addition to these spaces, each hall has its own dedicated Foyer which can be used for exhibition purposes.

An exterior atrium space, 1.520m2 which serves as a natural open-air extension to the Megaron's interior. Equipped with recreational and communication facilities it is ideal for stand-alone open-air events or as an extension to an event held in the adjoining interior halls. |
General Facilities
All of the Megaron function spaces and halls have dedicated cloakrooms and all Foyer's to all halls have their own bar.
Parking
In a city where parking is at an absolute premium, Megaron AICC offers a total of 750 parking spaces in our 3 story underground car park.
Megaron AICC Event Support for a Seamless Experience
Megaron's staffs understand that a successful meeting is a single, seamless experience. In addition to day on day support, provided by the conference and event planning team, you'll be assisted by technical, operations, house management and banqueting departments.
Planning
From the moment you even consider holding you will be assigned your own event manager/planner, who will be your main point of contact throughout the planning process and the event itself.
Technical
The technical teams at Megaron AICC are highly experienced. We maintain a full time technical staff of over 60 people. Completely familiar with the complex technical infrastructure of the building and also trained in theatre and opera technical systems, you can be confident that the team will provide any level of technical support you require.
Security
We take security very seriously at Megaron. We know it is of the utmost importance in yout choice of avenue and to your delegate experience.
Having hosted a considerable number of the world's high profile figures, we have substantial experience in this area and we maintain 24-hour full time security staff throughout the building and the grounds.
Connectivity
First and foremost we understand that you need to stay in touch. So we aim to be at the forefront in offering and implementing new technology for your benefit. In addition to Internet connectivity using a leased line connection (which can carry up to 12 MBps of data) we also offer wireless LAN throughout much of the building.
Internet Zones are an option which many conference and exhibition organizers need to provide and these can be set up at a number of strategic points, allowing delegates access to e-mail and internet as well as encouraging viewing of exhibitor products and services on line.
